”Your soul may be wounded, but you are not the wound”: Israelian perspectives on Anthroposophical trauma therapy. Nurit Rosengarten, Psychotherapeutin, und Meron Barak, Arzt, im Gespräch mit Julia Eßwein-Demming (auf Englisch)
In a country where still approximately 100.000 holocaust survivors live, and where residents experience ongoing battles and terrorist attacks, trauma is an everyday topic. In this episode of our podcast, “Humanity and Health”, the Israelian psychotherapist Nurit Rosengarten and the physician Meron Barak share their perspectives and experience on what is needed to treat trauma patients. They explain how an anthroposophical understanding of the human being leads them to individual therapies that empower their patients. The aim is to help patients regain control over their lives and reorganise themselves back to a greater balance between body, spirit and soul.
